Cecilia Rinaldi, designer and textile artist, founded Atelier Nuanda in 2022 together with her husband.

Her passion for craftsmanship led her to experiment with an innovative leatherworking technique, creating designer pieces characterised by a knitted textile structure. In her studio in Bologna, she creates unique leather textile structures, from accessories and personal fashion items to home furnishings. The leather used comes from industrial surplus. In her work, she uses techniques and materials rooted in tradition, but applies them in innovative ways to create something original and unique.

Thanks to different types of stitches, she is able to create completely different textures, allowing for a wide variety of results. Her creations are closely linked to her passion for art in all its forms. She is a very curious person and this passion allows her to look at everything around her with a practical eye. She gathers inspiration and reinterprets its aesthetics through her techniques. For her, the quality of a handmade product lies in its authenticity.

Cecilia's work has been exhibited in major national exhibitions and fairs, and she has been named by AD Italia as one of the 13 best emerging Italian designers of 2025.
